Particular conditions for the sale of the electronic tickets
The present particular conditions complete and/or precise the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the PLACEMINUTE website.
The Organiser of the event is Amaclio Productions, a joint-stock company capitalized at 1800€ (head office : 86 boulevard de la Tour-Maubourg, 75007 Paris, France), registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the n° 829 087 121, event promoter's licenses: L-R-20-003048 / L-R-20-005-336.

Cancellation and refunding of the electronic tickets
The Organiser is, alone, qualified to cancel the event. If the refunding of the tickets should be authorized by the Organiser, PLACEMINUTE will refund the buyers of the amount of their electronic tickets. The buyers willing to get the refund shall contact the Organiser:
- whether by email at: contact@placeminute.com;
- or by regular mail at: AMACLIO PRODUCTIONS, 86 boulevard de la Tour-Maubourg, 75007 Paris, France.
The buyers shall specify:
- their name and first name;
- the email adress used to buy the ticket;
- the date and time of the involved show.
If they had bought several tickets, they shall specify the full names of all the people involved.
